Not completely satisfied with your products? Return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

• Returns must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Custom orders or personalized products are not eligible for return

• All Gift Card sales are final

Return Process:

1. Initiate your return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at info@ladyros.com

2. Return addresses vary depending on your location (USA or Germany) and the product’s origin.
   Please contact us first to receive the correct return address.

3. Once approved, the return package must be shipped and scanned within 5 business days to qualify for a refund.

4. Returns without prior approval and a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

5. Processing time: 1–2 weeks after we receive your return.
