What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To avoid exceeding the time limit and expedite the process, it would be beneficial to return the product as soon as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, unwashed, and not ironed. Please note that we have different return warehouses for our products. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a faulty product, please take photos and videos of it and share them with us promptly. Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders, products specifically tailored to your preferences, or personalized items), and personal care goods (cosmetic products, for example). Undergarments like lingerie cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union 30-day cooling-off period: Regardless of the above policies, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, without providing any justification. As stated earlier, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 10 business days, as per the information you provided to us. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account. Am I responsible for my own return shipping costs?

Yes. Lady Ros does not cover the cost of return shipping for international orders.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to package and ship orders as soon as possible! Most orders process and ship within 48 business hours of the order being placed. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times
