Not completely satisfied with your products? Return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Returns must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Custom orders or personalized products are not eligible for return
- All Gift Card sales are final
- Digital products and custom-printed items are non-refundable.

- Return addresses vary depending on your location (USA or Germany) and the product’s origin.
Please contact us first to receive the correct return address.
- Once approved, the return package must be shipped and scanned within 5 business days to qualify for a refund.
- Returns without prior approval and a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
- Processing time: 1–2 weeks after we receive your return.
