RETURN POLICY

Not completely satisfied with your products? Return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Returns should be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs for the products are the responsibility of the buyer. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Custom orders or personalized products are not eligible for returns as they are specially made or tailored for you.
  • All Gift Card sales are final.

Return Process:

1- Initiate your return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at info@ladyros.com

2- Our return addresses vary based on the product’s manufacturing location. Please contact us to initiate a return process. The correct return address will be provided to you via email.

3- Upon approval, the return package must be shipped, using the shipping label, and scanned within 5 business days to qualify for a refund.

4- Returns without prior approval and a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

5- Processing time: 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.
